iPod touch Voiceover with iPod touch 4G

Ok. I have an ipod touch 4g and earphones with a mic and controls (Skullcandy FMJ's). What id like to do is to be able to hear the name of the song (like with the shuffle) when i keep the button pressed, or i guess the home button.
Anyone knows a way to do this, with or without the use of a jailbreak app?

yeah i know that... but is there a way to make it like the ipod shuffle, where voiceover tells you automatically when you keep the button pressed?
