VOiP app for iPadOS

Fairly new to the VOiP life AND iPadOS and I don't see a native VOiP app on iPadOS. What apps are you using - both paid and free (please say which one).

Your bet is to use Google Voice... I find that to be the best VOIP app. But I'm not sure what exactly you are interested in for a VOIP app. I've been using Google Voice for awhile now, I mostly use it for business.

I am in Canada so porting isn't available yet unfortunately and I have a phone number that I'd like to keep. So right now I am signed up with VOIP.ms which is why I am asking about it the SIP app.
