VOIP APP with these specifications

Hi all,

Since I am going to be working for a couple of weeks abroad I was wondering if there is a VOIP app that could fullfill my needs.

1 - Make calls from any country in the world to Europe at a low price.
2 - I have an UK mobile number, is it possible that I could receive calls without paying roaming? Forwarding the call to a VOIP number or something like that? I would receive a lot of calls during the day.
3 - Good quality in sound

I think the only way you could do this is to register your iphone with a sip client to your ipbx and send/receive calls that way. Fring lets you register to your own ipbx and you could try www.pbxnsip.com which runs on a mac and register a sip trunk to a service provider. The problem is you can't receive calls if fring is in the back ground and it will only receive voip calls over wifi so you will be handicapped by that. If you will be in an office then I would recommend a soft phone for your laptop with a headset.
