VOIP - loudhush alternative?

Knowing very little about this...

I like Loudhush (http://www.loudhush.ro), but want something similar which is SIP-compatible - or a non-Skype option to make and receive VOIP calls.

I use X-Lite.

You'll obviously need a service provider to actually make use of the software though.

Thanks - that'll do what I need. 'Service providers' is sometging I'm currently looking at.
