Voip on T-Mobile Edge

I'm using unlocked Iphone on T-Mobile Sidekick Prepaid. Recenly, I tried Voip, and the call never connects. The phone is JB, has the Voipover3G hack, and does Voip fine on AT&T 3G network. I don't expect great voice quality, but it doesn't even connect.

Any ideas?
