Hi there, so my local apple store just ran out of the MBP's that I wanted

Would I have to wait a long time for them to restock again because of the Volcano delaying shipping?
I live in Western Canada, btw, not Europe :p

Those threads are mainly talking about ordering online and shipping to Europe.
If the MBP's are assembled in China, would they go the Europe/Atlantic ocean route or the Pacific ocean route?

LOL a brand new thread just to discuss the routes ! :D

The OP kind of has a point, here is Western Canada, things shipped from Shanghai go over Russia, drop by Anchorage, then ship in. Usually, something in Europe shouldnt be affecting planes here too much....

thank you :p

I figured these things would've been shipped to Apple Stores through container ship across the Pacific, then trucked in.
