Volum keeps turning full automatically!??

Hi.

I've a jailrboken my iPhone 4 on 4.3.3.
I'm having the jailbreak app: External iPod Controls.
Sometimes when I hold my + button to change track, it suddenly keep volum to max.. I can't turn volum down when that happens...

This keep happening very very often... What is wrong??

That tweak is just poorly coded. That happened to me a lott too :/
