Volume button stopped working

Just noticed that the button to lower my volume is no longer working. The top button still works. I havent dropped the phone. It doesnt look damaged. Anyone else have this happen? Guess i'll be going to the apple store soon.

Buttons

Check settings- sounds- volume change with buttons. See if that changes anything.

I checked the settings. Did a hard restart. Still the bottom button did not work. The top button worked fine. Went to sleep and left phone on. Woke up and it works now. Weird. Must be a software issue not sure what kind though.
