Volume buttons 'clicking' IP5 & Rattle

When I touch my volume buttons, they make a clicking sound - they don't function as I'm not pressing them hard enough, but they definite click/ pop sound.

And if I tap the back of my iphone there is a tapping/ rattle sound like something is slightly loose.

Normal?

my iP4 had more rattle in the volume buttons than my iP5 which have no play at all. both worked just fine. the tap on the back and hear something loose is normal.

How about we stop looking for problems that don't exist and use our phone?

Many 5's have the very loose volume buttons. Doesn't hurt the function, but it's not how it was engineered. Take it back if you don't like it.
