Volume buttons loose

Recently took out my 4s from the bumper for cleaning, when I rubbed over the volume buttons, there was a clicking sound as the volume buttons hit against the antenna. I realized my volume buttons are able to wiggle left and right. Is this normal?

It's been that way on some/most models since June 2010, also loose Power Buttons.

Isit considered a manufacturing defect? or is it normal for it to be like that. Thanks
