Running Monterey 12.7.4 on a fresh install on a new drive and just got this error. Was running Monterey on a different drive for several years before and never saw it. Did some searching and was overwhelmed with results. Hoping some of the gurus here are able to help me figure out what it means and what I can do to fix it.

It means the boot volume's hash does not match expected hash. Mostly harmless and can be ignored, unless your system starts crashing, which in this case, you would want to do a fresh install of macOS w/out data migration.

Good to know. I'll ignore it for now, but keep an eye on it. Weird that is just popped up on this new install, and i never saw it before on my previous drive. Or maybe it did and I just didn't notice, haha.
