volume keeps going to zero

the ringer volume keeps re setting itself to zero or half way? The location services keep coming on also. I think it may have to do with charging the phone, it does it after its plugged in. but it also does it randomely??

Mine does this too, every now and then when i check it it is half way for no reason

I searched this forum for 'volume' because I basically have the exact same problem.

There seem to a few separate volume levels, like for the ringer and for games, but I really can't figure it out. The volume keeps changing for no reason.

Sometimes when I go into the settings and change the ringer volume, go to home screen and return back to the settings, the volume is back to what it was before I changed it. Very annoying.
