Volume level changes by itself HELP!

So I got a macbook pro retina 2015 13 inch model running OSX el capitan 10.11.3 and when I plug my samsung earbuds in the macbook, the volume level changes by itself. This does not happen when i am using the built-in speakers. It only happens when i am playing music with earbuds in. Without touching any keys or mouse I see the volume notification increasing or decreasing(mostly increasing up to max). Anyone know how to fix/solve this?
