Still here.
I recently bought an Apple keyboard off another MR member and now I have a question: How can I set up a key or key combo to change the volume level in OS X?

My Apple Pro keyboard has it's own Mute, Volume Down, and Volume Up keys (as well as Eject which would also be nice). Same with the built-in keyboard on my PowerBook. I understand this keyboard (originally came with an iMac G3 I believe) is probably this way because their was no need for these keys with the machine this keyboard shipped with, but is there any way I can set it up to work how I want it to?

I would like to change the F9, F10, F11, and F12 (for Eject) keys to the respective functions if possible because I have my mouse buttons set up for Expose so I never use these keys.

Thanks for any help. :)

You might want to check out ControllerMate. It's actually a fairly powerful program that costs $15, but you can use it in free mode for just a small number of tweaks.

I already have USB Overdrive, so I really don't want to buy another one of these programs. Is there any way to do it with USB Overdrive? For some reason, it doesn't seem to let me set anything for keyboards, only mice and such.
