Hello,

This is how it looks when I press volume up/down on XS https://streamable.com/uc2jn

This is how it looks on 11 Pro https://streamable.com/2zstc

You can see how different it looks, it's like XS is doing normal ringtone sound, 11 Pro don't know what's doing to be honest. On pro, it doesn't even do anything for ringer tone..is it iOS 13 bug? but how is it working fine on XS with iOS 13?

You need to go to Settings, then Sounds, and turn on “Change With Buttons” under the Ringer and Alerts volume bar.

oh yes, I'm dumb, totally forgot about that option

but that should be enabled by deafault, if you ask me
