Volume not showing on screen anymore

Suddenly today the volume, when I adjust it, on my Air, doesn't show on my screen. The volume does go up and down, just doesn't appear on the screen. I haven't done anything to my pad. It's running ios 9.1 beta, but its been on it for a little while now, so I don't know if its an ios issue or a pad issue. This happened to anyone before?

It has happened on my iPad Air as well as my mom's, both of us since updating to iOS 9. Rebooting solves it temporarily but it does eventually happen again. Haven't been able to find a permanent fix. I read a thread from 2012 about the same issue happening when charging with a third party charger, but that doesn't seem to be what's going on with our devices.

Ok, ty. Yeah a hard reset has fixed it for now. Hopefully it will get sorted out.
