Problem: annoying tick sound when the volume is on or off.
I called mac and they told me to do a reinstall and archive and so i did and i still have this tick sound when the sound is on or off.
It occurs when i get ichat i.m.s sending or receiving. Opening files, application errors, or when i move files or folders into the trash or out.
Basically when there is an application action i get a tick sound
please help thanks. I'd call apple back but its passed the operating hours.
I unclicked play userface sound effects and that helped with the dragging of the files sounds but i still get the click sound when i open files, application errors or ims.
