The volume rocker on my 3G S feels "funny". The "up" portion does not seem to have that tactile "click" to it. when i am on the phone and try to turn up the volume I have to just mash it and let the volume max out as I cannot feel the "click" between volume increments. The bottom "volume down" portion feels fine.

I compared it to my old 3G and two other 3GS's and mine is def different and it really bugs me. it just does not feel right and is very hard to adjust volume mid call.

Think I will be denied a replacement if I take it into the Apple store? The rocker does "work" but it does not feel right.

Other than that the only other problem is the voice control randomly coming on when I plug my AUX jack into the phone in my car, and I think that is a software bug.
