Volume slider bug?

Anyone notice the volume rocker and button overlapping on the bottom? Glitch or bug?

Ive noticed lots of little graphical glitches like this. Sometimes, the top bar (that lists the time, battery level, etc) will slide down about the same distance as it already is, and I can see the rest of the screen behind it. Especially in itunes U, which is a horribly glitchy app for me. I am sure they will sort these things out in time.
