So i recently bought the Bose Companion 3 Series II speakers :]
really enjoying them
no problems what so ever

My question is...
what will produce the best sound out of the speakers?

Turning the volume to high on my pc and low on the speaker control pod
Turning the volume to low on my pc and high on the speakers control pod OR
Turning the volume to middle on my pc and middle on my speaker control pod

Any help would be niceeee
Also...
any hints to getting the best outta my sub
right now i have it on the right underneath my desk

THANKS

If you put the volume up on your speakers you will hear a bit of white noise from your speakers. I you put the volume up on your mac you will get some distortion but no "hiss". I put both in the middle.

if you have good enough quality speakers then there shouldnt be any white noise 'hissing'.

i have my logitech x530s up at half and use my computer volume, its normally at about 75%->>
