Volume suddenly low

So just starting today the volume on my phone is very low, it's not just the ringtone or in calls. It seems to be everything, ringer, alerts, lock sound, unlock sound, everything. The speaker seems clean and free of anything blocking it. Everything in Settings>Sounds looks normal, volume is turned up. Any ideas.

Sorry, I should have said that I already tried restarting it. Thanks for the quick response though.

But just got an actual call, I had no way to call myself, I just noticed all the normal sounds were so low, including the ringer if I adjusted or changed it under settings. So I just got a call and it rang loud, like normal. And noe all the other sounds are back to normal as well. So I don't know what the deal was, but it seems fine now.
