Volume without fn

I currently use F1/F2 for brightness and F8/F9/F10 for expose/spaces without having to hold the fn key but i have to hold it to use the volume keys F3/F4.

Is there anyway to remap the keyboard so I can use a combination of hardware/software functions? I'd like it so i can change the volume without having to hold the fn key the same as expose/brightness.

Should be able to do that in keyboard shortcuts. System Preferences>Keyboard & Mouse pane.
