Vote! What is the worst ios device defect

Cast your vote now? Which defect has been the most detrimental to you when using your ios devices? I know there are other things like a yellow tint or the bookspine which can happen across multiple devices. I thought I'd only put up issues which are device specific. As in the issue only occurs (or is predominantly) on a specific device.
