I am trying to figure out why when I open up a vox in audacity it looks like it is modulating weird and static and artifacts increase...
example:
when I open it up in Audition there are no issues and it sounds fine.

My client is going on to encode this file into g.711 and is getting the issues same issues as displayed in audacity after they convert.
What can cause this issue?!
