Do you know whether Virtual PC 7 supports DX and .NET in Windows XP emulation?

VPC 7 emulates an Intel-based personal computer. When VPC 7 runs Windows, its only limitations are the emulated hardware. I understand that it can't handle 3D graphics, but it does handle just about everything else. Think of VPC 7 as an easier to maintain slow PC.
