VPN IPhone setting on Ipod Touch

I have heard that people have gotten the General<Networks tab on their Ipod Touch. I would really like to do this along with putting the IPhone apps on my Ipod. Could someone please help me, I have been working on this all afternoon. My Ipod is jailbroken though.
