VPN, RDC and XP pro from my TiBook

So after deciding that I need to create a VPN based on another thread, I know that XP Pro can be set up as a VPN server. I have Cox cable internet with dynamic IP, connected to an Airport Extreme base station. What do I need to do to be able to use Remote Desktop Connection from the Powerbook to the PC. I can get RDC to work fine within the local network and I love it, now I just need the capability from away from home. Any information or help on where to find information would be great. Thanks.
