I want to use mocha vnc for the iphone to control my bt downloads when I am not home. I am currently using sh3lls (http://www.sh3lls.net/) for vpn to bypass isp bt throttling. Will it be secure to use the free RealVNC client and its password or will I need some more protections? Also, should I be connecting to the vpn's ip address or my isp one?
