vpn two router

Hi everyone,
when I have connection with l2tp vpn to my router, I cannot access the file server


my office router ip : 192.168.2.1
my office file server : 192.168.2.2

my home dsl router ip : 192.168.2.1 (when i have changed my home router, no problem )

it can not connection from my home to office file server with l2tp vpn (where office any computer)

I know what is changed my router ip ,
but I can't change the rope wherever I go
is there another way?
