VPN using OSX10.6.0 and USB key - VPN not connecting

I have recently upgraded to 10.6 and started using a USB key instead of WiFi router for internet connection. Since doing these two things my VPN will not connect. I am using USB key from national carrier that highly regulates action - such as blocking Skype etc.

Does the VPN still work through the wireless access point? That will confirm whether it is a software configuration issue caused by your upgrade or something related to the carrier.

I can't really test it now since i've cancelled the cable ISP. But ill check from my friends house. Thanks. Upgrading to 10.6 itself is unlikely to effect the VPN settings right ?

Unlikely, but you never know. This way you can at least rule out some of the changes. Should help you find the cause of the problem, which is always 90% of the work IMO.
