iPhone VR controls in Safari?

I’m trying to use a website that has VR, but it’s telling me that I need to enable the setting in the Safari section of Settings, enabling access to motion, but it doesn’t seem to exist (at least not in the normal spot). Does anyone know where this setting went, or how to enable it?
