Hey, i'm planning on buying a MBP in the not too distant future and plan to do some Gaming on it BF2 etc. (now that there's Boot Camp) and i am wondering if there's a big difference between 128mb VRAM vs. 256mb they are both the X1600 card so am i going to see a huge difference? i plan on getting 1.5-2GB of RAM so what do you think? worth it for the extra VRAM?

If you plan on doing any games...more video ram doesn't hurt.

I wouldn't say it would make a big difference, but get it anyway then you will never know or feel bad for not getting it :)

I think the 128MB card is powerful, but of course double the memory will be faster. It's just a matter of it you need it and if you can afford it. If you can afford it, it doesn't ever hurt.
