I am almost computer illiterate of technical terms and trying to learn through Macforum advice and experimenting.
I have downloaded Flamenco Carmen video from VUZE. Sound is OK but picture is almost a series of stills it is so slow.
Is there anything I can do ?

Thanks

Most content on Vuze is High Definition, meaning it takes a fairly recent computer to be able to view it smoothly. By recent, any Intel mac will work fine.

What computer are you using? If you don't know, click on the Apple in the top left of your screen and click 'About My Mac'. Tell us what version of Mac Os X (ie 10.5.6), and the processor and the amount of ram.

Thanks for keeping it simple.

Mac Os X 10.4.11
700 MHz PowerPC G4
512MB SDRAM

Probably too old ? Thanks

No problems :D

Yes, unfortunately that computer will have trouble with most of the content on Vuze. I can only suggest you transfer that video to another computer.
