Switched to iPhone Xs Max today... Visual voicemail will not work. The option to set it up does not appear. The only option is call voicemail. TMobile can't seem to figure it out. Any ideas?
Omg I thought I was the only one with this issue, i did everything I could to try to fix it, reset network settings, reset phone, and made a new VM password and nothing. I dont see anyone really commenting on this issue.

I took it out, put it back in my old phone to see if VM worked there, then put it back in my new phone. That may have re-provisioned the sim which caused VVM to start working.
