Vyper M3 case good fit for 2010 MacBook Pro 15"?

I just received my refurb 2010 MacBook pro 15" from apple and had pretty much decided on the Booq Vyper M3 case. I then read a few Amazon reviews from users claiming their MacBook pro's were loose inside and not snug at all. Is this true? I don't mind if there is a little give but I definitely don't want it super loose inside the case. I really like this case so hopefully it isn't true or they are exaggerating. Thanks in advance!

i use this case for my 2010 mbp and it fits perfectly, its not loose at all

I also use this case. It's very snug, no looseness at all! Also i've dropped it in this thing from about 3-4ft high, no damage at all.
