I am interested in canceling my VZW family plan to go to AT&T for the iphone. have to because since Verizon uses CDMA and iphone is GSM, i cant use it on Verizon, but most of you probably know that. Anyway, do any of you know what the family plan cancelation fees are? I have extensively searched the web for this to no avail. I know the individual plan cancelation is like $129 or something, so do you just multiply that by the number of lines?

Thanks, i have researched those options. But does anyone know what the fee would be? I just find it odd it has not been easier for me to find.

I forget when, but if you started your contract after a certain date (Nov 2008 ???), the ETF goes down by $5 a month.

But seriously, just call Verizon and ask. The worst that can happen is that they will offer you some deals to keep your business.

Call them and tell them you want to find out how much it would be to cancell your family plan and all lines.
You're just wondering, you dont want to cancell right now say.
And try a few more times to see if you get the same answer with all reps.
Some might try to bs or misinform you in order for you to stay with Verizon.

I just cancelled my Verizon service yesterday. There was a $75.00 ETF. I had 4 months left in my contract.

Hope that helps!
