VZW Grandfathered Internet + iPhone 5?

I am currently on a family plan where my mom's phone is the main line. We have an upgrade in November. I currently have a 4s with grandfathered unlimited data plan. What I would like to do is have her use the upgrade with her line to get the 5 and then simply switch it with my 4s. Will this allow me to keep my grandfathered unlimited data?

What a great loophole. $30 unlimited LTE I don't think it gets much better than that. Can't wait to get my black 32 gb.
