Hi,

Is anyone else having an issue in which the iTunes and App stores will only work over WiFi? When I turn off WiFi or I'm not in an area where I'm connected to a network and am on the LTE network, I get the "cannot connect to iTunes store" error. All other internet apps are working, and I do have the phone set to allow iTunes access over cellular. Once I turn WiFi back on or join a network it works fine.

I did power cycle the phone and it seemed to fix it, but this morning the issue started again. Will I be power cycling the phone all the time or is there a fix?
