They tried to put the IMEI for sign up for service and all they can tell me is it’s “not compatible“. No further discussion about it as they know nothing about why it’s not compatible and just tell me we’re sorry about that. It’s been on Verizon initially then we went to AT&T and I want to come back to Verizon a year later.

What’s going on?
