Carrier VZW, says my M4 iPad Pro 11 inch is not compatible based on IMEI. It’s been on VZW before before we switched to AT&T, now I want to come back.

They tried to put the IMEI for sign up for service and all they can tell me is it’s “not compatible“. No further discussion about it as they know nothing about why it’s not compatible and just tell me we’re sorry about that. It’s been on Verizon initially then we went to AT&T and I want to come back to Verizon a year later.

Talk to ATT… again, but escalate to next level support. They need to release your eSIM. Sounds like it locked for some reason.
