Looks like most ship dates have moved up by 4 days. Mine is currently at 10/3.

I figured we should have our own thread for everyone who's not getting their Verizon iPhone delivered today.
 
I'm in. So, I will recap my purchase. I got the 16gb space gray at 9am on the 12th with a deliver by the 19th. Then the email said 10/7.


I got an email from xfintiy offering a 200.00 debit card if you purchas a new phone through their link with verizon. So, I cancelled my order and got the silver for 10/7. Gray was backed up until the 13th.

Today, my ship by went from 10/7 to 10/3.

By the way, my mom ordered hers in the verizon store at 10am on the 12th, 16gb gold, and she got it today. Go figure.

now it say 10/3

Hoping it will change again
 
I almost cancelled and went through Comcast too, but I didn't feel like having to wait any longer and was pretty surprised that they let bill it to my account. I did buy a used iPhone 4 on Swappa for $80, so hopefully the $200 trade in goes smoothly.
 
All got moved up 4 days to:

iPhone 6 - 10/10
iPhone 6+ - 10/17
iPhone 6+ - 10/24


I hope they get moved up again.

Well, I am upgrading from the lovely lg cosmos, so I wasn't eligible for the trade in. 200.00 bucks is a nice chunk of change for me.

That was smart thinking on the trade in. Hope it foes smoothly too.

but guy from the store I ordered from said that I will get it within the week, much before October.

He "promised" that I'd have it in my hands a week from today at the latest.

I am right at home with this thread - my date changed from 10/7 to 10/3 as well. I hope we see a couple of more date changes (in our favor!) over the coming days!

Ordered 6+ 64GB SG

I stopped into a Verizon store a bit ago to at least look at a PLUS. The Store Manager advised me that he was told by his District Manager that it will be mid to late October before they get another shipment of PLUS devices. Sounds like these are going to be really backlogged.

I guess it's from past experience. In the past, I ordered the iPhone 5 from the same Verizon store, and same guy, and was in the 2nd wave of shipments estimated for 9/28/2012.

I ended up having the phone on 9/25.
 
Hopefully we get them before 10/3. Went to several Verizon, Target Bestbuy and Apple today and not one had a 6+ in stock. All had some 6's
 
I have no idea if mine moved up becuase I did it through Verizon Business site, all its says is they are out of inventory and ship it asap. My original email from launch day was 10/14.
 
I absolutely am expecting to get mine before 10/3. maybe even seeing some movement next week

I hope you are right! I am praying that we do not see the date go out further after hearing more and more reports of some carriers saying late October and early November. I will be happy if my date of 10/3 (was 10/7) holds!

They are moving up as people cancel their pre-orders when they purchased a phone from a different location. I canceled mine this morning.
 
I guess this is my main gripe now, people who preorder are basically being penailzed. Phones are just sitting in stores waiting to be purchsed. The only way to get one today is to cancel my order and repurchase. Verizon needs to have a better system for fullfilling orders. Or, they should let people take their order to a verizon store and pick up a phone in person if it is available. The customer service rep told me they are two different ordering systems. Big deal, all of the money goes to verizon either way.

I here you. People that preordered should have the phones versus the store. I preordered a 6+128GB for work and was waiting to replace my Perosnal iPhone 5 on ATT. Well this morning I went to the Apple App Store and got a grey 128GB ATT model for in store pick up.
 
Anyone have any update from 10/10 ship date for 6+ or showing movement?!

I had a date of 10/7, which changed to 10/3 one day last week. No updates since. I was hoping that we would see more positive movement, however that is not the case as of yet.

Pre-ordered 6+ 64GB SG, about 45-50 minutes after ordering began.
 
Yea I pre-ordered within the first half hour. 16gb sg 6+ and the same in a 6. Ship date at 10/10 still
