VZW Upgrade and Kept Unlimited Plan

I upgraded to a 5s on August 29, just before the iPhone 6 announcement and it made me select a MORE Everything plan.

I came home, got the phone, activated and it never updated my plan. I even called to confirm my plan and it's the unlimited. It should've long switched over and shows no signs of it at all.

Anyone had this happen?
