W2207H and Portrait mode

Ive been using HP w2207h monitor for sometime now. I had never really gotten into it but was wondering if anyone has managed to switch the display to Portrait mode for the monitor. It seems like a nice feature but since there are no mac drivers for it, I am at a loss trying to find out.

I tried the rotation option but that did not seem to work. Any ideas?

Ok nevermind I figured out. Seems like the 'Mirror Display' was creating the problem. Turning it off solved the issue.
