W600i on Address Book

I am able to connect my Sony Ericsson W600i to my address book but when it comes to seeing who is calling, sending an SMS message, Answering or Denying the phone call the address book does not respond when i press the buttons. How can i fix this so what i have caller ID...am able to answer the phone call and speak...etc.

No one has had problems answering phone calls through address book except me? Anyone out there who maybe fixed this problem they might have had with another phone?
