i was at a friend of mine earlier and he wanted some advice on what to get his son for his 16th,
anyway i recommended a mac mini for the desktop or the macbook air if it as to be a laptop.
we did some googling for prices etc and said he would like a 21.5" imac
it would be the sons, but he would like to use it but he as some programs that can only be run in windows (he will use the imac in the day time for his work)
now i know about bootcamp (installed xp on my brothers macbook) and while i was there he purchased the 21.5 imac from apple and also purchased w7, i guess he just assumed i would do the w7 install for him (friends eh lol)
now my friend is a total windows guy, but would like to get used to osx so he wanted me to look into getting windows 7 working while in osx if possible and not having to restart the mac everytime he want to use either the osx or w7.

sorry for waffling, anyway how would i go about doing that (running w7 in osx) and does it allow him to install programs etc?
or would you say the bootcamp route is better?

any help guys (girls) would be very much appreciated
