I've installed W7 Pro on an iMac (2011, 21.5, budget model, SnowLeopard) using BootCamp.

Running ok so far, but my windows updates keep failing.

Any ideas?

Need a lot more info than that. What update is failing and what is the error message?

Well, I just installed it, and out of about 60 updates almost everyone failed, and I tried it a copule of times with the same result.

I'm now trying to install them one at a time, and so far (5 down, 55 to go) it seems to be working.

Will report back with the result in a bit.

You could be right, but before I could verify that theory I used this method which seemed to work:

1. Stop Windows Update.
2. Remove the SoftwareDistribution folder, found in: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution
3. Restart Windows Update.

Thanks for the input though :) I'm crossing my fingers that it will keep working for the next batch of updates.
