When I looked into these a few years ago, they only supported 2-finger gestures. I've searched the Web and found some info, but not everything I'm looking for.

Basically, with the newer models, what multi-touch functionality will I be missing out on if I switch from a Magic Trackpad to a Wacom Bamboo?

Thanks.

I also am interested in which model I need to get to get mac gestures yo work with it (if any do) besides just scroll and zoom. otherwise may as well not get the touch and just sit close by my MacBook trackpad.

I was also interested on if there is software for windows which could then this into a decent trackpad for a desktop windows pc.

finally, wondering if the touch features on this are good (I find trackpad quality differs a lot between most laptops and a MacBook for example, though this gap has thankfully decreased a little over recent years.)
