I have all the drivers from 10.4 (PPC) right up to 10.12, downloaded from the Wacom site at https://www.wacom.com/en-us/support/product-support/drivers. Just put CTT-460 in the search bar and select 'Older Versions'.
Working great on an iMac G4 with 10.5.8
