Hello!

Machine spec below. I've been experiencing this odd issue lately. The system will randomly stop responding to input (keyboard, mouse, tablet, etc). If I press the power button the dialog pops up asking what to do (sleep, shut down, etc), but I can't interact with it. The point being that the system is still working but it's not responding to input.

Upon restart, the keyboard and mouse still don't respond. The only fix is to pull the power plug out and wait 15 secs to reset smc/pram/whatever it is.

I'm wondering if the issue is related to the Wacom tablet. I've uninstalled it for now to see if it's any better, but does anyone else have an idea? Where to check? I've looked at the console logs but there's no obvious faults.

MacOS HS 10.13.6
Mac Pro 5,1

64GB ram

Filco keyboard, Logitech mouse, Wacom tablet

Hi mate, this actually turned out to be due to my Logitech MX Master's wireless dongle. No idea why. Switched to a different mouse and haven't had an issue since
