Wacom Intuos4 Problem

I Just got an Intuos4m and have one of the pen buttons set to pull up the radial menu. However, when I use it in any other space besides my 3rd one it activates spaces and takes me to my 3rd space. Pressing the button for the radial menu in the 3rd space always renders the radial menu. This happens no matter what button (tablet or pen) I assign the radial menu to. Any one else had this problem?
Loving this otherwise.

I updated the drivers....It works now...Wasteland here we come.
