Wacom Tablet in Sierra - No drawing

I'm running the public beta - in Photoshop and Affinity the Wacom pen makes no strokes. In Affinity if i keep dabbing one spot it sort of makes a mark but you can't make a full line at all

Has anyone run into this problem and found a workaround? I wonder if it's something that needs to be fixed on the application side or drivers, or if its a bug Apple introduced. :/
